You pay in two steps. Payment 1 at checkout covers the item price and China domestic shipping; payment 2 covers international shipping, due only after the item reaches the warehouse and you pick a shipping line. There is no buying commission. Right now you pay from your BopoBuy wallet balance, which you top up in your account; wallet payments have no processing fee. Card and local payment methods are being added — the checkout only ever shows methods that are live, and card payments carry a 3.7% + US$0.30 processing fee.
