What we do
BopoBuy is a shopping agent for Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian. Overseas customers cannot easily pay these platforms or ship from them, so we do it on their behalf: you paste a link or search in English, we place the order with the seller in Chinese and pay the domestic shipping, the goods arrive at our warehouse in China, and we photograph every item before you decide what to ship. Items stay in the warehouse free for 90 days, so purchases from many sellers travel together in one parcel to any of 230 countries.
How we charge
There is no buying commission on Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian orders. You pay the item price and domestic shipping first, then international shipping by real weight once you submit a parcel. Card payments carry a 3.7% + US$0.30 processing fee; paying from your wallet balance is free. The full breakdown is on the fees page.
How we work
- Every item is checked. 3–7 free photos per item on arrival; problems are held and raised with you, not shipped.
- No fakes. We do not buy or ship counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods — see our anti-counterfeiting policy and prohibited items.
- Real numbers only. Prices, delivery windows and fees on this site come from our systems and carriers, not marketing copy. If something on a page does not match what you experience, tell us and we fix the page.
