The coupons are issued to your account automatically when you register. Each one takes a fixed amount off the international shipping of one parcel; the larger ones need a minimum shipping fee.

How they work
- Where you find them: Account → Coupons, right after you sign up.
- What they cover: the international shipping fee of a parcel. They do not apply to item prices, China domestic shipping or customs clearance fees.
- When to use them: when you pay for a parcel — that is the second payment, after your items are in our warehouse.
- How long they last: one year from the day your account is created.
- Minimums: the six smallest coupons have no minimum; the others apply once the shipping fee reaches the amount in the table.

Everything you order is stored free for 90 days, so you can combine items into one parcel.
- 3Apply a coupon when you ship.
Pick a shipping line, then choose the coupon at the parcel payment step. Bigger parcels unlock the larger coupons.
