Payment 1 — items
When you check out, you pay the item price and the seller's China domestic shipping. We place the order with the seller within one business day. If the seller is out of stock or the price has changed, we refund you or ask you first. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 72 hours.
Payment 2 — international shipping
Once your items are checked in, you pick the ones to ship, choose a shipping line and pay the shipping. We weigh every parcel after packing: if the real weight is higher than the estimate you pay the difference before it ships; if it is lower, the difference goes back to your wallet.
Top up once and pay item orders, shipping and any weight difference from your balance — no 3.7% + US$0.30 fee on each payment.

We weigh every parcel after packing. If the real weight is higher than the estimate, you pay the difference before it ships; if it is lower, the difference is refunded to your wallet.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Right now you pay from your BopoBuy wallet balance, which you top up in your account; wallet payments carry no processing fee. Card and local payment methods are being added, and the checkout only ever shows methods that are live.
