How shipping cost is calculated
Each line charges by chargeable weight: the greater of the parcel's real weight and its volumetric weight (length Ă— width Ă— height in cm Ă· a divisor set by the carrier, usually 6000 or 8000). Light, bulky parcels are charged by volume, which is why removing shoe boxes and packaging at the warehouse often lowers the price.
What the price includes
Fuel and handling surcharges are included in each line's price. Import duty in your country is included only on lines marked “tax included” — see customs & taxes.
Typical delivery times
Express lines about 5–12 days, standard lines 8–20 days, economy lines 15–30 days after the parcel leaves our warehouse; each line shows its own window above. Add 4–8 days for items to reach the warehouse from the seller. More on shipping lines.
Restricted items
Liquids, powders, pure batteries, weapons, medicines, most food and counterfeit goods cannot ship; items with built-in batteries or magnets need specific lines. Tick the item properties above to see which lines accept your parcel, and read the prohibited items page.
