We show every line available for your address with its estimated price, delivery window and restrictions. Lines that cannot carry one of your items say why.

- 4Pay shipping
You pay the estimate now. After packing we weigh the parcel: if the real weight is higher, you pay the difference before dispatch; if lower, the difference is refunded to your wallet.
Line types and delivery times

Delivery windows are the carriers' typical ranges, counted from the day the parcel leaves our warehouse; add 4–8 days for items to reach the warehouse from the seller. The exact lines, prices and windows for your country are in the shipping calculator.
How the price is calculated
Each line charges by chargeable weight: the greater of the real weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ a divisor set by the carrier, usually 6000 or 8000). Removing shoe boxes and packaging lowers both, which is why the warehouse offers it as an option. Surcharges such as fuel and handling are included in the line's price; import duty is only included on tax-inclusive lines.
What lines will not carry
Liquids, powders, pastes, pure batteries, weapons, medicines, most food and counterfeit goods cannot ship. Items with built-in batteries or magnets need specific lines. Check the prohibited items page before you buy.
Questions
How long does shipping from China take?
It depends on the line you choose: express lines usually arrive in about 5–12 days, standard lines in 8–20 days and economy lines in 15–30 days after the parcel leaves our warehouse. Add 4–8 days for items to reach the warehouse from the seller.
What happens if the parcel weighs more than estimated?
We weigh every parcel after packing. If the real weight is higher than the estimate, you pay the difference before it ships; if it is lower, the difference is refunded to your wallet.
What can't be shipped from China?
Liquids, powders, pastes, pure batteries, weapons and knives, medicines, most food and any counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods cannot be shipped by our lines. See the full list on the prohibited items page.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
For most lines you are the importer and pay any duties your country charges on arrival. For the EU, UK and US we offer tax-inclusive lines where duties are collected when you pay shipping, so nothing is due on delivery.
