Already bought something yourself? Send it to our warehouse and we receive, photograph, store and ship it with the rest of your items.

How forwarding works

    Get your warehouse address

    Sign in and copy the address above. The recipient name carries your customer ID.

  2. 2
    Buy on any Chinese site and ship to it

    Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian or any other store that delivers within China.

  3. 3
    Register the tracking number here

    One row per parcel, with what is inside. Unregistered parcels cannot be identified and cannot be shelved.

  4. 4
    We receive, photograph and store

    Same QC photos and 90 days of free storage as items we buy for you.

  5. 5
    Submit a parcel

    Combine forwarded items with anything else in your warehouse and pay international shipping by real weight — the fees are the same as for items we buy.
