Your BopoBuy wallet is the balance you pay orders and parcels from; wallet payments carry no processing fee. Refunds are credited to it too. To add money, open Account → Wallet, press “Top up”, enter the amount and continue to payment; the credit appears in your balance once the payment is confirmed. To move money out, open a support ticket asking for a withdrawal — withdrawals are reviewed by our team and returned to the account you originally paid from. Every transaction is listed on the Wallet page with its date and amount.
