Shipping coupons are applied when you pay for a parcel — the second payment, after your items are in the warehouse. On the parcel payment step, open “Apply a shipping coupon”, pick the coupon and press “Confirm & pay”; the discount shows in the fee breakdown as “Coupon Discount”. Each coupon shows its minimum shipping fee (“Min spend”): if the parcel’s shipping is below it, the coupon cannot be selected yet — combining more items into the parcel is the usual way to reach it. Coupons cover the international shipping fee only. A parcel created without a coupon cannot have one added afterwards; cancel and re-submit it to pick one.
