Sometimes the final cost of an item comes in higher than what you paid at checkout — for example the seller changed the price, or the seller’s domestic shipping turned out higher once we bought. The item then shows “The final price of this item came in higher than what you paid”, with what you paid, the final price and the amount still due, and the order card shows “Balance due on this order”. The order is on hold until the difference is paid: press “Pay balance” on the item. The difference is always shown on the item before you pay it. If you have questions about why the price changed, use “Contact support” on the order.
