Every item is photographed when it reaches our warehouse (3–7 photos, free). You can see the photos in two places: on the item in Account → Orders (thumbnails under the item, plus a “QC photos” button on the order), and in Account → Warehouse (“View QC photos” on each item, and “All QC photos” for every photographed item in the list, grouped by item). Tap a photo to see it full size; use “Download” to save it or “Open” to view the original in a new tab. If you need more detail, extra photos, a detailed inspection or a QC video can be added per item from your order or warehouse page — the price is shown before you confirm.
