Both start from Account → Warehouse with the items ticked. “Submit parcel” is the normal route: you pick a shipping line and pay for it now, based on the estimated weight and volume of the ticked items; every line available for your country is listed with its real price, and nothing is charged for shipping until you pick one and pay. We then pack and weigh the parcel: if the real cost is close to what you paid it ships as it is; if it comes out higher than the estimate allows for, you pay the difference before dispatch; if lower, the difference is refunded to your wallet. “Rehearsal (pay shipping after packing)” is a paid service, not a free quote: we pack first, then you choose a line at the real weight. It does not lock in a shipping price. Value-added services you select (padding, vacuum packing, carton reinforcement and so on) are charged on either route.
