When you submit a parcel you can add services to it: extra padding, vacuum packing (useful for clothing), carton reinforcement, removing the sellers’ original packaging to save weight, and per-item options such as extra photos or a QC video. Each is priced per item or per parcel and shown before you confirm. You also review the declared values of the items: they affect the customs duties your country may charge, so keep them realistic — unrealistically low values can cause customs holds. Removing original packaging is at your own risk: we keep the protective material needed to avoid damage, and we are not responsible for damage caused by packaging you asked us to remove.
