After you pay, an item usually takes 4–8 days to reach our China warehouse — about half arrive within 5–6 days, and about 1 in 10 takes 11 days or more, mostly depending on how fast the seller dispatches. Once it arrives, most items are checked in within a day, though about 1 in 7 takes more than 3 days. “Stock arrived” on the order means it is with us and being checked; it moves to Account → Warehouse, with its QC photos, once shelved. If an item has shown “Stock arrived” for more than 7 days, open a support ticket with the order number and we chase it.
