Keep your customer ID at the end of the warehouse address

Forwarding · Updated 2026-09-24

Our warehouse receives parcels for many customers at the same address. The number at the end of the street address — after the underscore — is your customer ID, and it is what tells the warehouse the parcel is yours. Copy the address exactly as shown on the Forwarding page (the “Copy all” button copies it in one go) and ask the seller not to shorten or “correct” it. Parcels that arrive without the ID cannot be matched to your account automatically. If a seller has already shipped without it, register the parcel with its China tracking number straight away and open a support ticket with that tracking number so we can check.
