Already bought something yourself on Taobao, 1688, Weidian or any other store in China? Send it to our warehouse and we ship it abroad together with your other items.
1. Sign in and open Forwarding. It shows our China warehouse address — recipient, phone and address. The address ends with your customer ID.
2. Give that address to the seller exactly as shown, including the number at the end: that is how the parcel is matched to your account.
3. When the seller ships, register the parcel on the Forwarding page: choose the destination country and add one row per parcel with its China tracking number and what is inside.
4. When the parcel arrives we open it for inspection, take photos and store the goods in your warehouse. From there you submit a parcel and pay international shipping as usual, and forwarded goods can travel in the same parcel as items we bought for you. Forwarded goods were not bought by us, so after-sales for them — a wrong item or missing pieces — is between you and the seller; if needed we can ship items back to the sender.
