Before your items ship internationally, BopoBuy photographs them at the warehouse (3–7 photos per item, free) so you can check condition, colour, size and obvious authenticity issues. Nothing ships until you select the items and submit a parcel, so you decide what goes out. If something is wrong you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of the item being shelved. QC photos are part of every order; extra photos, detailed inspection or a QC video can be added per item for a fee shown before you confirm.
