Any taobao.com, tmall.com or m.taobao.com link works, including links and short links shared from the Taobao app — paste it into the search box, or search in English. Tmall is Taobao’s brand-store platform: the same links work, and Tmall sellers are registered companies rather than individuals. Prices are converted from CNY and the CNY price is always shown. Coupons and promotions displayed on Taobao apply only if the seller grants them when we place the order; we pay the price the seller charges us. Sizes are Chinese sizes — check the size chart in the seller’s photos, as Asian sizing usually runs about one size smaller than EU/US. If the seller is out of stock or the price has changed, we refund you or ask you first.
