Cancelling an unpaid order

While an order is unpaid you can cancel it yourself: open Account → Orders, find it under “To pay” and press “Cancel order”. Unpaid orders are also cancelled automatically 72 hours after they are placed. Once an order is paid, cancelling depends on how far it has gone: while it is still pending purchase an item may show its own “Request refund for this item” button — whether it appears is decided per item by our order system, so it cannot be promised. After the item has been bought, use the return option once it is shelved in the warehouse (5 days from shelving).
