Two different messages can appear on a product page. “We can't buy this item” means the listing is restricted: brand-protected or counterfeit goods, and categories our shipping lines cannot carry, are refused at order time and there is no way around it. The second message says the seller’s page does not expose the item’s options to us, so we cannot place the order for you — in that case, if you can order it yourself on the seller’s site, use Forwarding: buy it, ship it to our warehouse address, register the China tracking number, and we photograph, store and ship it with your other items.
