There is no buying commission on Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian orders. You pay the item price and domestic shipping first, then international shipping by real weight once you submit a parcel. Card payments carry a 3.7% + US$0.30 processing fee; paying from your wallet balance is free. Items are stored free for 90 days so purchases from many sellers can travel together in one parcel.
