Our shipping lines cannot carry liquids, powders and pastes, pure batteries (power banks, loose lithium cells), weapons and knives, medicines, most food, and any counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods — those are refused at order time. Some categories are restricted rather than banned: items with built-in batteries or magnets, for example, need specific lines — tick the item properties in the shipping calculator to see which lines accept them, and the lines offered for a parcel depend on what is in it.
