Open Account → Parcels. Each parcel shows its status, weight and created date; once it is packed and handed to the carrier, the tracking number appears with a “Tracking history” you can expand, and the fee breakdown lists freight, any surcharges, discounts and what you have already paid. If the real weight after packing is higher than the estimate you paid on, the parcel shows “Pay the difference to release this parcel” — it ships as soon as that is paid. If the real weight is lower, the difference is refunded to your wallet. Packing photos are attached to the parcel so you can see how it was packed.
