   Create your account

   Sign up with your email. We send a confirmation link — click it to activate the account (check your spam folder if it does not arrive, or use “Get a new activation email”). Your 18 welcome shipping coupons are added to Account → Coupons automatically. Sign up →

   Pick your currency and language

   Use the “EN · USD” switch in the header. Prices are converted from Chinese yuan at our current rate and rounded up; the yuan price is always shown next to the converted one and is what applies at checkout. Help center →

   Find the item

   Search by keyword on Taobao or 1688, paste a product link (Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian, or a share code) into the search box, or use the camera icon to search by image. Titles are machine-translated — switch to “原文” to see the seller’s original. Open search →

   Choose options and add to cart

   Pick colour, size and quantity on the product page. Greyed-out options are combinations the seller does not offer. Add a note for our buyer if you have a special request (for example the exact version). Then “Add to cart” or “Buy now”. Help center →

   Check out — payment 1

   In the cart press “Checkout”, review the items and press “Place order”. This first payment covers the items and China domestic shipping only. Unpaid orders cancel automatically after 72 hours; you can also press “Cancel order” yourself before paying. Open cart →

   We buy it and it travels to our warehouse

   We order from the seller within one business day. Items usually reach our China warehouse in 4–8 days; follow each one under Account → Orders (“Processing”, then “In warehouse”). My orders →

   Check the QC photos

   Every item is unpacked and photographed on arrival (3–7 photos, free). See them under Account → Warehouse. Something wrong, damaged or not as described? Request a return or exchange within 5 days of the item being shelved. About QC photos →

   Submit a parcel

   Tick the items you want to ship in Account → Warehouse and press “Submit parcel”. Choose the delivery address, review the declared values, add optional services (extra padding, vacuum packing, removing packaging) and pick a shipping line — every line for your country is listed with its price and typical days. Storage is free for 90 days, so you can wait and combine more items first. My warehouse →

   Pay international shipping — payment 2

   Apply a shipping coupon if you have one (each shows its minimum), then press “Confirm & pay”. Shipping is charged by the greater of real and volumetric weight after packing: if the packed parcel comes out heavier than the estimate allowed for, you pay the difference before it leaves; if lighter, the difference is refunded to your wallet.     Track it and receive it

    The tracking number and tracking history appear on the parcel under Account → Parcels. On most lines you are the importer and pay any duty your country charges on arrival; tax-inclusive lines to the EU, UK and US collect it upfront.
