1. Linking
A shopper is linked to you only at registration, through your code, your short link (bopobuy.com/r/YOURCODE) or a link carrying your code. The first code a shopper uses is kept; later codes do not overwrite it. There is no retroactive linking.
2. Commission
Commission is calculated on the international shipping fees actually paid by shoppers linked to you, and is confirmed after their parcel is delivered. Refunded or cancelled shipping does not count. Item prices, China domestic shipping and customs charges are not part of the base. Your rate and level are displayed in your affiliate dashboard.
3. Changes to rates and rules
Changes to rates, levels and these terms are announced in your dashboard and by email to your account address before they take effect.
4. Payouts
Confirmed commission is paid monthly, by PayPal or to your BopoBuy wallet. Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility.
5. Content rules
- Disclose the partnership (for example
#ador a partnership note). - No delivery-date guarantees and no brand-status claims about items.
- Coupon and welcome-pack claims must match what BopoBuy actually issues.
- Do not present yourself as BopoBuy staff.
6. Data
Your dashboard shows aggregate numbers: sign-ups, activations, parcels and commission. We do not share your followers' personal data with you, and we do not share yours with other creators.
7. Ending the partnership
Either side may end it at any time in writing. Commission already confirmed is paid in the next cycle. Existing links keep working for shoppers already linked to you.
8. Entity and governing law
The operating entity and governing law are those stated in the Terms of Service.
